It is, Understanding Organization Evolution: Its Impact on Management and Performance. He is currently working on a second book entitled Everyday is Saturday: Life After Full Time Work.
Mr. Fletchers extensive hands on management background includes profit responsibility at the general management level as well as broad management experience in production, product management, human relations, sales and marketing management.
He was Vice President and General Manager of Audio Visual Systems Division of Technicolor, Inc., he had full profit and loss responsibility for manufacturing and worldwide marketing. As director of Corporate Development for 20th Century Fox, he specialized in acquisition analysis of leisure time business. He began his career at Bell& Howell Company with a broad exposure to production, sales, account management, marketing, product management, and employee relations.
Consulting experience includes association with the international firm of Louis A. Allen Associates and Industrial Consultants Company. He has been a principal of Performex since it was founded. Short-term planning and control system for team-based organization are his specialty. His performance management methodologies have been successfully implemented in Carnation productions facilities, American Honda, and multiple divisions (both domestically and internationally) of Unocal. Performance, process, and knowledge management are his specialty.
