Initial Survey Is the Start Of the Program
The Performex Personal Performance Program
starts with an initial 360-degree survey. The feedback is
collected from peers, co-workers, direct reports, and your
supervising manager
any business associate you interact
with consistently to get results on the job. This information
is compiled verbatim to insure an honest and complete evaluation.
The questionnaire is focused on five key management skill
areas and is the foundation for your yearlong professional
development program.
Performex analyzes the 360-degree feedback
report and identifies common threads that are associated with
your strengths and challenge areas. During the 3-day workshop,
your workshop facilitator works with you and the other workshop
participants to learn new skills and techniques to improve
your business performance.
Time and time again workshop alumni have voiced their opinion
that the Performex survey is one of the best ways to see how
others perceive them in the workplace. This program relies
heavily on candid feedback from respondents who fill out the
surveys with complete anonymity.
