A resurvey is conducted of your current peers, co-workers, direct
reports and supervising manager and compared to your initial
survey. Your professional development program has come full
circle. If you have participated earnestly
and have implemented the tools and techniques that you have
learned and worked on, the resurvey will show a measurable improvement
in your management leadership performance. You now have
the skills and motivation to become an even more valuable member
of your team and your company, while improving your career opportunities.

meet with your supervising manager and your Performex consultant
to discuss the survey comparisons. We will work together to
set future goals and lay the groundwork for ongoing success
and professional development. You'll find that you will draw
upon your experiences from the Personal Performance Program
time and time again.
