It's now time to go back to your company and implement your
enhanced management-leadership skills.
It’s during this period that you and your Performex
consultant will meet with your supervising manager to fine-tune
your goals and solidify action plans you created at the Performex
workshop. It's time to put those superior management leadership
skills to the test and make a serious impression in your company.
Your Performex consultant will be available
to provide additional coaching as you begin to achieve your
goals and complete your action plans.

in a follow-up workshop. |

Your Performex
program will support your continued success with a follow-up
workshop later in the year. At the end of 12 months you'll
be presented with the results of a resurvey from your peers,
co-workers, direct reports, and supervising manager -- proof
that the Personal Performance Program works.
